Credits are the currency used to unlock part of the contact data in the platform. This article will explain how credits work and how they can be used within the platform.

Credits are used to unlock contact data within the platform. They are used when exporting company profiles and when viewing the email of a specific contact within a company. Each action requires a certain number of credits, which will be deducted from your account.

When exporting, you can choose to export a simple company profile or a company profile with associated contacts. The cost for a simple company profile is 1 export credit, while a company profile with associated contacts will cost 1 credit for each contact associated with the company.

For example, if you export a company profile with 5 associated contacts, it will cost a total of 6 credits (1 for the company profile and 5 for the associated contacts).

Credits are also used when users click "View Email" to view the email of a specific contact within a company. Each view will cost 1 credit.

The number of credits included in each plan varies. Here is a breakdown of the credit plans available: 15.000 total Exports for the Complete 12-month plan, 7.000 Exports for the Complete 6-month plan, and 7.000 Exports for any of the packages, for a 12-month plan, and 3.000 Exports for a 6-month plan.

If you still have remaining credits at the end of your subscription period, they will be forfeited and will not accumulate with any future subscription. To make the most of your credits, we recommend using them before your current subscription ends.

If you need more credits during your billing cycle, you can also purchase additional credits at any time. To do this, click on the Get Credits button in the upper right side of the platform interface and choose a package. You can get 1000 credits for $99, 3000 credits for $249 or 5000 extra credits for $399.

Credits are an essential part of using the platform and unlocking valuable contact data. Make sure to keep track of your credit usage and purchase additional credits as needed to ensure uninterrupted access to the platform's features.
