Viewing Companies
When you first open the Database tab, you will see a list of companies displayed. You can use the filter options to narrow down the list and find the specific companies you are looking for. Once the filter is applied, you can also have a quick look at the companies by clicking on their names.
Exporting Details
If you need to export the details of the contact persons for the companies displayed, you can easily do so by clicking on the "Export" button. This will generate a file with all the necessary information that you can save for your records.
Adding Companies to Custom Lists
Our Database tab also allows you to create custom lists to organize your companies. To add a company to a custom list, simply click on the "Add to List" button and select the list you want to add it to. This feature is especially useful for keeping track of your favorite or most important companies.
An icon is displayed next to the name of a company from the database in the situation the company was added to a list of Favorites. This helps user to better track their interaction with the leads from the platform.
Sorting Companies
If you prefer to view the companies in a specific order, you can use the sorting feature. By clicking on the "Sort" button, you can choose to sort the companies by name, industry, or any other available criteria. This makes it easier to find the companies you need quickly.
Company Details and Employees
Under each company's name, you will see small icons that act as shortcuts to the company's website and social media profiles. This allows you to access their online presence with just one click.
By clicking on a company name, you open a detailed view of that company and its employees. This view provides you with all the necessary information about the company, including their contact persons, industry, and location. You can also see a list of their employees and their roles within the company.
